- 3Tap 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button.
- 4Follow the instructions to submit your request.
Google play
- 1Go to Google Play on your phone
- 2Click on the menu in the upper left corner Account
- 3Click on purchase history storybeat Refunds
- 4Follow the instructions to submit your request.
Please note that refunds cannot be requested for unpaid or pending orders.
